I recently posted in the consulting pulse forum on some of the initiatives we have taken since starting my own consulting firm in Western Australia.
Just to put this into a bit of context, I work in remotes sites a lot of time, remote cities for the remainder of the time, and any time I have left I spend in my offices at Joondalup, Perth. And for those who don't realize, Perth is the most isolated city in the world.
So I have to build sustainable, scalable systems that can be used for me and for those who we will be hiring once we get moving. (Which should be int he next couple of weeks actually)
