Why are your consulting projects failing?

If projects always fail for similar reasons then why aren't you doing something about it?

If the initiative requires support, and by support I mean more than just a menacing shadow of a senior executive, then why haven't you worked out strategies to engage them?

If you need additional resources then why haven't you sold this concept as part of selling the initiative itself?

If you often get derailed by miffed middle managers why haven't you worked out how to isolate or engage them?

If your project fails because you haven't defined what success means then why haven't you corrected this?

Momentum takes more than just speaking about the issues and putting in place speeches and banners. Momentum means real action, hard decisions, relentless force and continual focus on real outcomes.

But if you already know this, then why are your projects failing?
