Talks stalled with IBM last week... Sun were waiting for the next train. Rio Tinto rebutted the approach from BHP only to secure a more controlled, high yield offer from Chinalco. (Albeit a heck of a lot more contentious) And Yahoo tripped over the Microsoft beast... leading them to a new and vital CEO, and potentially a brighter future.
