As we go into 2010 I am planning on launching a consultant mentoring program by the end of the first quarter. This would be aimed at anybody who sells, markets or executes B2B services or products.
I used to run a mentoring program previously with some pretty good success.
But modern technology, changes to the workforce and the dramatically changing nature of management consulting makes me think I could do it better online, and it would be more relevant than before.
My first order of the year is to pre-load a Ning networking group with videos, articles, eBooks and other tools. When we launch I intend to use the dynamic pricing model Seth Godin speaks about here.
mentoring is something I have been doing now for about a decade. Sometimes formally, other times informally, but always with some pretty good results.
In fact - I am convinced I can improve your earning prospects whether you are working for a consulting firm, working as an independent consultant, selling, marketing or project managing.
I am really looking forward to this. Please let me know if you might be interested by sending me an email here.
