As part of the marketing strategy for my self published book I am going to start posting Video Logs on YouTube.com. This should start in about three months or so.
But for now, I have given up on the idea. I got about a third of the way through the "setting up your profile" bit and just got sick of it.
With all of the social sites out there, and all of the technological sites springing up all over the place surely some bright spark can come on with the oneprofile.com or something similar.
You get the point. Firefox's auto fill helps, but it would be great if you could update standard stuff like employer, interests, hobbies and awards in one specific place - and then have this leak out to all the other sites that you are subscribed to.
Ah well...still waiting for the smart card that will stop me carrying around so many credit and loyalty cards too.
